Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of ibizamap.nl. We've deliberately kept them short. Who we are is set out in our imprint.

1. Our information

We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date. Even so, opening hours, prices, access, rules and conditions can change without us knowing. Please use our information as a guide and check important details with the business itself or the local authorities. Spotted a mistake? Let us know at (to be added shortly).

2. Safety and nature

Some places are near cliffs, in caves, by the sea or in protected nature. You visit them at your own risk. Keep an eye on the weather, the sea and warning signs, stay off private land and follow the rules for protected areas, such as the seagrass meadows (Posidonia) and Natura 2000 sites.

3. Ratings

If you rate a place, you follow the rules in our ratings policy. You only rate based on your own honest experience, not your own business or a competitor's, and not in exchange for a reward. We may hold back or remove ratings in line with that policy.

4. What you send us

If you send us information or photos, for example through the form to claim your listing, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that you are not infringing anyone else's rights. We agree with you, when you send them, how we may use photos.

5. Our content

Our texts, our selection and arrangement of places, the map layers we create ourselves and our database are protected by copyright and database rights. Photos and map data from others are covered by their own licences, which we credit with the photo or in our imprint.

• You may view our pages, share them and link to them.
• You may quote short extracts, crediting ibizamap.nl with a link.
• You may not systematically copy, scrape or reuse the site or the database, including with bots, without our written permission.

6. Links to other websites

We link to other people's websites, such as restaurants and booking sites. We are not responsible for their content, offers or privacy policies. Ads and partner links are always marked; see advertising and affiliate links.

7. Availability

We try to keep the site available at all times, but can't guarantee it. We may change the site, its features and these terms. The date of the latest change is shown on this page.

8. Liability

ibizamap.nl is free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage resulting from using the site or from information that turns out to be wrong or out of date. This never limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection that the mandatory law of that country gives you. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law designates a different court.
