Report content
Some company details on this page, such as name and address, will be added shortly.
Have you seen something on ibizamap.nl that you believe is illegal, or ratings that don't add up? Let us know. This page explains how.
What can you report?
- Illegal content, for example a photo or text that infringes someone's copyright or privacy, or information that is defamatory.
- Suspicious ratings, for example a business rating itself or a competitor posting fake ratings.
- Ads that are misleading or break our rules.
Is it just an ordinary mistake, such as wrong opening hours or a business that has closed? Then let us know at (to be added shortly) or with the button to report a change on the place's page. See our editorial policy.
How to report
Use the "Report" or "Report suspicious ratings" link on the place, or email (to be added shortly). Please include:
- Why you believe the content is illegal or wrong. The clearer your explanation, the faster we can decide.
- Where it is: the exact web address (URL) of the page and, if relevant, which photo or which part of the text.
- Your name and email address. For ratings this is optional, but without an email address we can't tell you what we decided.
- A statement that your report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
What we do with your report
- If you give us your email address, we'll confirm as soon as possible that we've received your report.
- A person reviews your report carefully, objectively and without undue delay. For ratings, automatic checks for bots and sudden waves of ratings help; the decision on a report is always made by a person.
- We'll tell you what we decided and why, and what options you have if you disagree.
- If we remove or restrict content and we know the contact details of the person who posted it, we'll also tell that person what we decided and why. Ratings on ibizamap are anonymous, so we usually can't inform raters.
Disagree with a decision?
Email us at (to be added shortly) and explain why. We'll review the decision again. You can also always go to court.
Danger to life or safety
If information points to a criminal offence that threatens someone's life or safety, we report it to the police or other competent authorities. In an emergency, call 112 yourself.
Point of contact for authorities and users
Our single point of contact under the Digital Services Act (Articles 11 and 12) is (to be added shortly). You can write to us in Dutch or English. You'll get a reply from a person, not just an automated system.
